Creative Agency - Central London

Salary: £40K-£50K DOE

We are working with an award-winning Creative Agency based in Central London, looking for a talented Designer to join their fast growing BRAND team. They are open to mid-weigh and senior level candidates.

They would love to see people who have worked at brand agencies, on consumer-focused clients.

Looking for people with an understanding of how to build brands, how to create iconic brand assets, and a strategic rationale for their creative work.

Building diverse brands

The type of projects you will work on will be diverse and varied – ranging from the creation of new brands, brand refreshes, translating brands into new spaces and channels, and refining brands through new design systems and brand worlds for print, retail, activations and digital platforms.

Big ideas

Everything they do starts with compelling consumer-focused insights that they can turn into powerful big ideas. So, they are looking for individuals who love ideas.

Innovation and entrepreneurial

All of their work has a rigorous commercial and ESG lens. Innovation is a big part of their projects – helping their clients identify and act on opportunities that create impact for their business, and the wider world. So, they are looking for people who are naturally entrepreneurial and have a passion for creating positive change.

Multi-skilled

The brands they create don’t live in one channel, they’re not static, and they don’t stop evolving. So, they are looking for creatives who enjoy using a wide range of tools and software to bring ideas to life. You don’t have to be expert in everything, but they’d love to see people who can put their hand to a bit of animation, or maybe enjoy turning flat logos into three-dimensions in Cinema4D, or like playing around with technology to see what’s possible…

Experience

They work with consumer brands that are predominantly retail brands too. However, they do not expect candidates to be retail experts. They would love to see people who have a passion for bringing brands to life in the real world, and who have an understanding of how we all interact with brands on a daily basis. We are all consumers at the end of the day and we are all fans of our most-loved brands.
