I’m Ana, I’m a psychologist by training and heart. Working with people and for people makes me happy.
How does a psychologist end up in creative recruitment? Good question!
All my life I have surrounded myself with creative people, family and friends. So when I moved to London (oh forgot to say, I’m originally from Lisbon) I decided to specialise in creative recruitment and follow my passion for the digital and creative industries.
I absolutely love what I do. Meeting great and talented people everyday and trying to find the best talent for their teams or a great job that will make them smile on Monday morning. Creativehood is the place for that and I couldn’t be happier to share it with you!
I’m not a creative person but design and creative recruitment is my craft!
When I’m not working? I’m probably meeting friends or travelling somewhere sunny!

Angela Banno-Creagh

Hi I’m Angela.. to most Ang. I’m so excited to introduce you to the world of Creativehood, a business I passionately and wholeheartedly believe in. I cut my recruitment teeth many moons ago working in accounting recruitment before being drawn to the wonderful world of creative and digital… and here I am.
Building honest open relationships is at the core of what I do and is something that has enabled me to build longevity as a recruiter. Quite simply I care.
I’d love to talk to you more about how we, the team at Creativehood can help you find and hire the best talent or secure that awesome job you’ve been looking for.
My specialism is freelance project and account management as well as production.
Oh and when I’m not working? You’ll find me chasing after my son or trying to beat my 5KM PB.
